Alusilk aluminum rod is manufactured to IEC 60889 (electrical conductor aluminum rod), ASTM B230 (aluminum 1350-H19 wire), EN 50183 (overhead electrical wiring), and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards. Each production batch is accompanied by a mill test certificate and third-party inspection reports upon request.

Minimum order quantities vary by product type. Standard 1350-H19 electrical conductor rod: 20 tonnes. Alloy grades (6xxx/8xxx series): 10 tonnes. Low-carbon certified grade: 25 tonnes minimum due to dedicated production runs. For smaller quantities, please contact our commercial team to discuss coil supply options.

Yes. Our Low-Carbon Aluminum grade is produced using renewable hydroelectric energy and is verified below 4 tCO₂ per tonne of aluminum. Each shipment includes an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) conforming to EN 15804, full Scope 1 & 2 GHG accounting, and ASI (Aluminum Stewardship Initiative) chain of custody documentation.

Alusilk offers coil weights from 500 kg to 2,000 kg. Coils are supplied on steel or wooden cradles, wrapped in moisture-resistant film with polyethylene inner wrap. Inner eye diameter is 600mm standard (custom available). Shipping options include breakbulk, 20ft and 40ft container, and flatbed truck for domestic delivery.

Our continuous casting and rolling process (Conform/CCR) is monitored at every stage using online conductivity meters and spectrometric chemistry analysis. Each coil is tested for electrical conductivity (IACS%), tensile strength, elongation, and surface quality before release. Statistical process control (SPC) data is available for long-term supply agreements.
